PART I
Preliminary

1.1. Basic
The manufacture of this paper about "Pool freestyle" made to fulfill the duties of Physical Education and Sports as well as add insight me of Sports Pool.
1.2. Purpose and objectives
To introduce and learn in depth about freestyle swimming. As well as to be able to understand and practice it as well as possible.

1.3.Sistematika Writing Papers
Writing this paper consists of several BAB and clarify with sub-chapter-section in each chapter contents. As sitematika this paper are:

CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION
This introductory chapter contains 3 sub-section describing the basic manufacture of this paper and the intent and purpose of the making of this magazine and systematic writing.

CHAPTER II DISCUSSION
Chapter discussion is at the core of this paper containing about understanding penejelasan freestyle, freestyle swimming technique

CHAPTER III CLOSING
Concluding chapter is the last chapter of this paper that contains
conclusions of this paper and suggestions as input from the author.

Discussion


2.1. Understanding Pool Freestyle

      Freestyle is swimming with his chest position facing the surface of the water.  2.2. Freestyle Swimming Technique

5. Floats

7. Breathing

9. Exercise coordination of movement
